Project LAIKA

We have suspended use of Laika to create and validate C32 documents. Laika does not support evolving interoperability criteria and standards including those developed by the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) that are required for ONC-authorized testing and certification.  We are currently relying on validation tools and test procedures developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for ONC-authorized testing. For CCHIT Certified® testing, we also take advantage of the available NIST validation tools, then add an observed verification of expected codified content.

For information on ONC-ATCB testing, please go to CCHIT’s The Source™ or http://healthcare.nist.gov/use_testing.

For information on CCHIT Certified testing, please see the Interoperability Test Guide.

CCHIT provides testing updates here and through its regular news channels – CCHIT eNews, Twitter, and Facebook.
